My Neighbour Totoro” is one of my favourite Ghibli films. What I like most about this film is its heartfelt story. The worrying about the mother as well as the disappearance of the younger sister are both relatable situations. Though it is slow paced, the film is filled to the brim with joy and wondrous situations and also has its fair share of excitement.

In the scene where the younger sister takes a nap lying on Totoro’s belly I have more than once wished for a life-sized Totoro just to do the same. Totoro looks really fluffy and comfortable πŸ€—

When I stumbled upon a pattern for a beaded Totoro I just knew I want one. The only drawback: that one isn’t quite big enough for me to lie on πŸ˜†

    EXT.
Optimus Prime and Megatron stand opposed.

    Optimus Prime

Hold! Megatron, you have fought well but stand on the cusp of defeat. Stand down so we may end this day without slaughter.

    Megatron

Fool! You think me defeated? You’ve only shown me you are strong enough that I must at last use my ultimate weapon.

    Optimus Prime

What?! It cannot be! Do you speak of …?

    Megatron

Yes! I have here the AllSpark! Victory is lost to you. You have no hope of defeating me now.

    Optimus Prime

How could this be? Is that the end of the Autobots?

    Megatron

Hahahahahahaha … huh? What is there to grin about?

    Optimus Prime

There is one thing you haven’t thought about. There is a way to trump the AllSpark.

    Megatron

    What… you cannot mean?

    Optimus Prime

Yes! I have here the Matrix of Leadership! The only thing in the universe that can withstand the AllSpark. Bow to your fate.

    Megatron

But how … no matter. You may have the Matrix of Leadership but I can always summon a greater power. Behold! The Pillars which I’ll use to summon Unicron. You have no chance with your puny Matrix of Leadership.

    Optimus Prime

It can’t be! I am not strong enough to overcome Unicron. But wait! If I use my Transformium, I may be able to create a weapon more powerful than Unicron.

    Megatron

How do you have access to Transformium? It is the rarest element in the universe. As it happens though I have a Seed, with which to produce even more Transformium. Which will overpower anything you can create.

Both opponents use their Transformium to fashion new weapons.

    Megatron

You are doomed, Optimus! For I wield Merlin’s staff with which I will transfer the core of this sorry planet to another dead planet for some reason.

    Optimus Prime

Your wickedness knows no bounds, Megatron. But seeing your evil I have no choice to try and stop you with this Excalibur!

    Megatron

But how did you know the only weakness …?
